Seahorseforce (seahorseforce.com) is operated by FATMASGLOBAL (ABN 46 395 579 262), a registered business name of Iony J Hutchinson, Mortdale NSW 2223, Australia ("we", "us"). This page explains what information the site and its apps handle.

No accounts

You don't need an account or password to use the site.

Anipii (AI companion)

• Messages you send to Anipii are sent to our server and then to Google's Gemini API to generate a reply.
• Your browser stores a random anonymous ID (in local storage) so Anipii can remember you between visits. We don't link this ID to your name or email.
• Anipii may store short facts from your conversations (for example preferences or ongoing projects) against that anonymous ID in a database hosted by Neon. Please don't share sensitive personal information with Anipii.
• Anipii may also keep anonymised, general notes about what she has learned, with no names or identifying details. These can appear in her public memory vault.
• Clearing your browser's site data removes your ID from your device. To have stored facts deleted, contact us with your request and we'll remove what we can identify.

Leaderboard

If you submit a time to a leaderboard, the name or tag you enter and your time are stored and shown publicly.

Hosting and logs

The site is hosted by Netlify, which processes standard technical data such as IP address and browser type to serve pages and keep the service secure.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information, and we don't run advertising or analytics trackers on the site.

Children

Seahorseforce is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.

Your rights and contact

You can ask us what we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, by emailing contact@seahorseforce.com. Australian users may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
